Our Initiatives

Headway – is a unique development program designed for women in the L2 cadre. Under Headway the selected cohort of women managers are provided with the necessary skill building platform, learning resources and support required to develop in their careers.

Campus Efforts

WinS is the Women in Sales program that has been specially curated for women hired from campus under the Genesis Business program. With WinS the women sales managers receive additional capability development opportunities, support from a sponsor who is a senior women leader in sales at GC and inspiring interactive sessions with senior women leaders across GC. The core premise is to develop talented and committed women leaders in our sales function.

SheRises

Women ERG SheRises

SheRises is our Women’s ERG and was first set up in FY23. All employees of . Capital are welcome to sign up for SheRises and as such we have seen good representation of men on the SheRises core team. Every month the SheRises team organises inspiring sessions focused on themes of importance to women – health, wellness, managing finances. The ERG core team also works on areas of impact for women at GC and provides suggestions on enhancement of policies, the work life experience for women at GC.
