We're dedicated to providing meaningful internships to LGBTQIA+ talents, fostering inclusivity and safe work environments. With over 10 successful placements, some transitioning to full-time roles, BeYou is making a positive impact.

Pride Capital 2024
Relive the inspiring moments from our Pride Capital Inclusive Career Fair for the LGBT+ community, we hosted an in-person hiring drive where candidates had the opportunity to engage with leaders and panelists from Capital.
Inclusive Spaces
Our Head Office at One has facilities of gender neutral washrooms. These can be found on the ground floor (at the food court), first floor (at the cafetaria) and on the 9th floor where Capital is located.
